Data Logging:
Installation of exhaust temperature data logging computers and thermocouples. This service is for anyone considering Passive DPF’s. Typical cost is $100 per installation; some locations will require an on-site fee as well. All data is turned over to the customer as a text file that anyone can use. Data explanation is also included.
On-Site Installation:
Our 24-foot, self-sufficient, mobile fabrication shop travels to customers’ locations. This allows us to decrease operational impact on customers’ fleets, customize installation brackets on-site if necessary, and address any problems that may arise. This strategy provides for higher quality and success rates for installations.

DPF cleaning service:
We provide cleaning services that remove the collected ash from your filter under the normal service intervals. We also have unique heater systems to clean filters that may not have been fully regenerated. This system is calibrated for either Silicon Carbide (SiC) or Cordierite substrates. We also test each filter for problems and provide troubleshooting assistance for filters that show signs of failure.
